The board of directors of Tredegar Corporation (NYSE:TG) today declared
a special dividend of seventy-five cents($0.75) per share on the
company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 14, 2012 to
shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2012.
Nancy Taylor, Tredegar’s president and chief executive officer, said,
“This special dividend, as well as the recent increase in our regular
quarterly dividend, rewards our shareholders as we have generated strong
cash flow. With our solid financial position and a balanced approach to
